The telecommute challenge
The telecommute challenge, what does that mean?, I'm home with my laptop and my phone a few steps away from my kids, my coffee, and oh yes my TV, it's there a danger in telecommuting?, Maybe, it all comes down to, if you are a work at home person, The danger will be isolation, yes maybe it takes a little out of your social life and not being where your know colleagues are and finding out the latest office gossip by the water cooler, my take on that, you don't have to be near your annoying colleagues or your crazy boss, You can have it all Flex hours, a convenient location, and no dress code. Yep close to 20 million of us Telecommute.
